Mr. Maynard has extensive experience cultivating strategic partnerships and he has a proven track record of leading and implementing change at the team, organization, and industry levels.

Dr. Tom A. Wiggins is currently a Professor of Strategy at Army University. During his twenty years of federal service, Dr. Wiggins has coached and helped develop more than ten thousand senior executives. He has designed and led several major strategic initiatives for the US Army Enterprise. Dr. Wiggins is a master facilitator who has taught leadership at all levels to both military officers and civilians.

A Morehouse College Graduate holding a Master’s Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Colin excels in designing and delivering impactful training programs. His excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable him to build strong relationships and deliver engaging sessions that inspire and motivate professionals, ultimately driving positive change and cultivating high-performing teams.

Mandy Tinkey has dedicated herself to the field of Forensics, Leadership, and Wellness. She has embraced her leadership roles by leading and inspiring others to reach their full potential while serving the public through science. Mandy has devoted herself to encouraging teams to enhance their awareness of mental wellness, peer support, vicarious trauma, and compassion fatigue. She supports the next generation of professionals by serving as a faculty at two universities. Mandy has a focus on not only forensics but also the role of women in science and leadership.
Ray Wickenheiser, DPS, MBA
Dr. Ray Wickenheiser is an accomplished leader with over 40 years of professional experience. He has extensive formal training in science, business administration, bioethics, and policy. Dr. Wickenheiser is an instructor in workshops at national and international meetings on a range of topics, including conflict resolution, leadership, policy/procedures, and scientific-related topics. He is a proven innovator and leader at the local, state, and national levels. His strength is in the development of individuals and their talents which has driven their collaborative success.
Ben Swanholm, MS
Ben Swanholm has over 15 years of forensic laboratory experience providing crucial forensic support in criminal investigations. He has extensive leadership experience and he enjoys teaching leadership principles and management techniques to rising leaders within organizations. His teaching philosophy emphasizes the importance of clear communication, problem-solving, and decision-making. By nurturing these skills, he works to equip individuals with the tools they need to make a positive impact on themselves and their organizations.
